  1. From the expression on Vinny's face, I can't tell if he's ready for action or just finishing up.
  2. There are many fleets in which that would be the best looking truck.
  3. You mean like this? "I was thrown out of the cub scouts for eating a brownie."
  4. That's what she said. Never mind. She never said that
  5. Anyone heard from Olivetroad? You need to gitcha the dee-luxe, 64 qty box of Crayolas. It has 5 different shades of tanned ass and a hole to put your crayon in to make it pointy.
  6. Yes. (took me 5 days, but I got it.)
  7. I'd say more than likely, especially since many of Romney's votes were by default to begin with.
  8. You are truly devoted to your craft!
  9. Step 1- Hard Step 2- Soft Step 3- I cry myself to sleep while clutching a box of Oreo's. This thread has come full circle.
  10. ...and there will be other stuff that will also get soft when dipped in something wet.
  11. Wow. Whenever there is a discussion of R773's I think of Island Transportation, a fuel hauling company from Long island. It's ironic that although you're from the UK, your truck came from Hicksville which is the next town over from Westbury and where Island was based when I was a kid.
  12. That's good to hear. 8 of my 11 years in union construction were in NYC, I found that story believable based on my experience. I'm impressed with his no nonsense attitude and hope he runs for President in '16. I don't think I can stomach another Romney campaign.
  13. Nice trucks. The only tractors I've seen or theirs were Vulva's.
  14. Late? Bah!, I'll show you late! Happy Birthday!!
  15. Amen to that.
  16. Great Job! It's refreshing to see a teenager take the time to learn the truth and pass it along in such a creative way.
  17. Good to hear you survived with minimal damage. Welcome back to civilization.
  18. Some nice colors on some of the trucks. I like that metallic green on the B model and the Emeryville is in my favorite shade of blue. Even in basic white that F model is a sharp truck. Thanks for sharing. Hehe, he said "this day cab sucks".
  19. Excellent description!
  20. I looked away at the last second-forgot that there was no mirror on the door. Watching him back up all the way to the barn reminded me of how much I liked the reverse ratio on the 5 speed.
  21. Nice photo-finds and I admire your command of the Australian language.
  22. You'll need to have the tire size to do the math, but according to the Roadranger website, you should be around 64 mph with 11x22.5 tires. of course there are other factors that will affect your speed, but that should be a ballpark number. The equation is at the bottom of the page in case you want to do the math with specs not listed on the site. I couldn't copy/paste the direct link. Go here and click on Road Speed Calculator: http://www.roadranger.com/rr/CustomerSupport/Support/Calculators/index.htm
  23. Dammit that's a good lookin truck! Rest Rite sleeper, too! My 4th and final assigned truck at my previous job was a '91 CH that was in the shop getting a new turbo while I was on my last run for the company. I went out in style behind the wheel of an '89 R690T with a Rest Rite sleeper. Back to the original subject, the very first Mack I ever got behind the wheel of and relocated under it's own power was a 1964 B61ST with a 13 speed triplex. It was an unsuccessful attempt by my Dad to teach a 13 year old the 2 stick boogie. My first "money maker" was an '84 R690T daycab with an EM6-250 and a 5 speed. This was followed by 2 more R models with similar specs.
  24. How's come you need? Ebay is always worth a look, but I did find this: http://www.auto-repair-manuals.com/E9-Mack-V-8-Engine-Overhaul-Procedures-Manual.html
  25. Oh hell no! Index finger was bad enough!
