Two thirds of my kids are married, the last one is a conformed lifelong bachelor. With the two that are married, I took no part whatsoever in the process and ended up with two great daughters-in-law. My parents didn't pick my wife. In fact, they told me we were too young (19 and 18) and that it would never last.
