It has the worm gear on it. also,,,,? on the sector shaft, is there a deep groove where the seal rides? very common... A machinist, can weld it up, and then turn it down to new. Not sure what you are trying to do at this point but there are options other than hunting for another steering gear. I'm curious what the Dog Pound say's.. Gently Clip a vice grip on the input shaft, and unscrew it out if the housing.. the top cover will come with it.
