Straydog954 Posted June 28, 2023 Share Posted June 28, 2023 Hi I have a question about a Mack DM fire truck. The dash area of this truck looks different than a regular DM. Can the dashboard / gauges be replaced with that of a regular DM (non fire apparatus)? Does the dash just unbolt for an easy swap? Straydog954 Posted July 1, 2023 Author Share Posted July 1, 2023 I don’t have a pic but the dash is rounded over the steering wheel and at about 45 degree angle in front of pass seat. tjc transport Posted July 2, 2023 Share Posted July 2, 2023 the dm and rd cabs are about the same size, but are not interchangeable as the dm is offset. the rd sits centered on frame.
