Straydog954 Posted June 28 Share Posted June 28 Hi I have a question about a Mack DM fire truck. The dash area of this truck looks different than a regular DM. Can the dashboard / gauges be replaced with that of a regular DM (non fire apparatus)? Does the dash just unbolt for an easy swap? Straydog954 Posted July 1 Author Share Posted July 1 I don’t have a pic but the dash is rounded over the steering wheel and at about 45 degree angle in front of pass seat. tjc transport Posted July 2 Share Posted July 2 the dm and rd cabs are about the same size, but are not interchangeable as the dm is offset. the rd sits centered on frame.
