Joey Mack Posted December 5, 2021 Share Posted December 5, 2021 have you checked fuse #40 in the dist. box on the firewall to see if it's loose or dirty. here is something else I have posted before... take a good 12v battery, and ground it to the truck with jumper cables and come off the positive with a small wire and power up #40 with a small probe or whatever you have that wont damage the fuse socket, and crank the truck... In a few cases, this showed me that the starter was pulling too many volts, away from the ECM.. this is generally for a 'no-start' condition... Joey Mack Posted December 5, 2021 Share Posted December 5, 2021 yes to checking the block grounds, battery, firewall ground breaker, ground posts behind the dash, left corner, and left of the fuse panel on the right.. the block ground goes to the frame behind the left steer tire. 15mm socket and wrench gets it off.. clean any heat shrink glue you see on the eyelets.. it can cause a weak ground by getting between each other... jojo Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
