  1. No work done on carriers and wheels spin freely….. Sledog
  2. Not too sure Mrs Mack… finally got a chance to talk to my tire guy and he said they do that all the time on a Mack with no problems…. I still think I have a problem with power divider somehow and I know it’s not permanently locked in…. Sledog
  3. Same supplier on recaps but I am going to check with them tomorrow to see if they changed compounds or something….
  4. I didn’t try rotating yoke on driveshaft….
  5. I don’t see the locker is shifting in and out properly when air is applied ….
  6. Ok Joey I’ll look into that…. The air acuater for the pier divider lockout…is that supposed to slide off when bolts are removed? I can only move that back an 1/8 inch when trying to pull that off too check it out
  7. Torque arm bushings look ok…box rubbers look like they may be coming apart….new trunnion bearings a couple years ago so I HOPE they are ok… It does dog track a little….
  8. I installed a set of new recaps across the front tandem on my Granite triaxle dump truck. in 8000 miles I’ve lost about 80% of tread. Is it possible the power divider is not functioning properly to cause this problem and how do I check that?
  9. Got it running today…. Bad connections at a few key fuses at fuse block in cab. Starts well but no throttle control . will be checking that next.. sledog
  10. Thanks…. I have now realized that there IS a self-diagnostic test I can perform on this. I will be checking this afternoon to see if any faults are stored. I have noted that a bad crank sensor won’t throw a fault… Sledog
  11. I watched that BobWhite…I don’t have the scan tool…I see where there’s a big round plug on the dash for it. thanks
  12. It’s the T444 motor which evolved into the 7.3Powerstroke as near as I can tell…
  13. I realize this is not a Mack but you guys are good so here I go…. Crank/no-start . Obviously some electrical issues at fuse panel on driver side. power box with fuses under hood test ok I believe I have fuel pump issue as well but want to check all electrical first. I have no fuse or electrical diagrams. can anyone help? thanks
