Just for kick's....  look at the cam sensor plug and socket (eng. position sensor) Do the same for the crank sensor (R.P.M./ T.D.C. sensor)  look for fraying of the wires where it goes into the plug. The R.P.M. sensor may have a 3 pin plug with only 2 wires.. you can also, un-plug one of them and try to start the engine, it will crank for a few seconds before starting, and will run rough when it starts.  then plug it back in and un-plug the other sensor, and crank it up.  if it does not start, the sensor that Is plugged in is bad.  These engines can run on either one but uses both to balance it out.. Just one of my "off the wall" test's.. Let us know how it goes... jojo

Sorry about those numbers I gave you, I was in the book the other day for some sensor ohm readings and for some reason that number kept coming to mind. Not sure why….Anyway let us know what you find out and we can go from there. Hopefully it’s just a bad sensor. 🤞🏻

have you checked fuse #40 in the dist. box on the firewall to see if it's loose or dirty. here is something else I have posted before...  take a good 12v battery, and ground it to the truck with jumper cables and come off the positive with a small wire and power up #40 with a small probe or whatever you have that wont damage the fuse socket, and crank the truck... In a few cases, this showed me that the starter was pulling too many volts, away from the ECM..  this is generally for a 'no-start' condition...   I hope my rocket did'nt go too far into outer space here?   jojo

yes to checking the block grounds, battery, firewall ground breaker, ground posts behind the dash, left corner, and left of the fuse panel on the right.. the block ground goes to the frame behind the left steer tire.  15mm socket and wrench gets it off.. clean any heat shrink glue you see on the eyelets.. it can cause a weak ground by getting between each other... jojo

one more idea,  while you got the hood up, look at the wires coming out of the dist. box, and make sure they havent rubbed through on the edge of the square mounting bracket that it runs through or next to..  i have made that repair a fews times for a 'no-start' issue and such..  jojo

heck I have even spent hours looking at an issue, only to find a bad fuse or dirty fuse socket...  it happens...   like I have said before.... 'not an expert, just joey mack'...  :)

Agreed, but as stupid as you feel when you find out it’s a fuse your very relieved haha. Check the simple stuff first stupid!

I haven’t had any problems with batteries all season ...they are two years old....

Ok…how about some more info on this problem? Are you getting fuel? Have you checked fuel pressure?
