Some of those are pretty cool, but most lacked style and direction. At least those builders didn't waste their free time on a golf course.

i can assure you a golf course would have been a hell of a lot cheaper    but neat to look at just the same

Reminds me of random video game protos. Folks who simply concieve ideas for originality, fun and raw vanity. Bending the rules............not really practicality, form or function.

Anything that requires mechanical skill is cool,but I am more into street rods with a theme, like no components later than a certain year! Saw one recently I'm sure you all did where the dude bolted two 8v71 Detroit's together, had all big truck drive line, wheels,axles,was a roadster very long and low think it was Jay Lenos, but don't know if his garage built it! Definitely not digging' the trend toward engine covers,automatics, and injectors except Hilborns, Rochesters, and some of the Inglese products! But as Brian Brennan correctly observed, it's all personal opinion,! I'd rather see someone in a 100000.00 street rod even if didn't build it than a showroom exotic!
