Some Lund visor on Ebay

Recommended Posts

They claimed it's a R-model one but looks more as for a B to me. Although I might be wrong but the mark on the box (with the script of R-model relation) doesn't match  the stamping on the part.

Here's what I have of Lund on my R-model.

If you relate it to what they show on the pics there's definetly a difference.

I know I have seen 2 styles of R model visors. I think both were made by lund. One is squared off like vlad posted the other was a more rounded profile. I think the one posted could be for a mack R as it looks like the roof vent would be in line with the indents of the visor top. ?

That's not a Mack Visor, the 2 spots in the center are "troughed" out to attach to a roof with no gutter on the front like a Dodge , Ford or GM truck. Also has not form to go over the gutter over the side of the roof. No a Mack piece  IMO More like a 70's /80's F 250 unit

The early Lund from 1977 is rounded like on e Bay the later visor like Vlad's and Watts has listed in the Classic section is a Belmor/Lund

Difficult to disagree.

E-bay guys showed the pic with the markings. The part has MCV4 on its surface. The box label has MCV2.

I have no idea is that visor for a B, another Mack or just a off-brand thing but I'd like nobody of BMT crew or just anybody else will buy the part they can't use.
