In my opinion I think the beauty of any old truck is in the original power and drivetrain. I can drive a newer drivetrain in a truck about anytime. Going out on the road with a 673 with a du-plex or 6-71 Detroit with a Roadranger is part of the fun of owning one to me. This is just my opinion I still think "Spoke Wheels Rule" so take it from there. Where are you in Penna. I am in Lake Ariel,Pa. Pedigree drivetrains are nice in classics (your call though, I've got a Cummins and a 13sp, but I sometimes wish it had the Mack drivetrain). , Or do you need more power..?
