    Yes it’s pretty much the same cab but like these fellas said from the windshield forwards there’s a lot of alterations for different models and the DM and U model have and indentation on the drivers side for stepping on the fuel tank to get in it … bob

    ya i know what you mean,,,i use watts for everything i know they will have.....and again i was thinking with brand new switches,,,kind of hate the cover them up with extentions....gotta ways to go and a lotta time to think it over.bob

    i was poking around looking for new switches,,,turns out amazon carrys all kinds of them,and get this they even have all kinds of cool extentions,i didnt even know you could get those anymore,,nor was i interested,,,but looking at some of thier cool designs,i might just pick out a couple.thought some of you fellas might be interested to know that....be a nice finishing touch...for a fresh painted dashboard...if i finally get started on the damn thing...bob

    I used to work with a guy in the 80s that had a racing V8 gas job his son built for him and it would blow my doors off as long as he wasn’t very heavy but he was usually running empty boxes city work around town

    Yes sir I’ll bet you were nervous that’s very interesting because I had a 62F model that had only a torsion bar cab was balance perfect just unlatched it and pushed it over my hand…. Great progress bud let’s keep it going.. bob

    No way Jose you put a socket at the bottom of a tire ha ha that’s the only way and hell I forgot all about tapping the keepers ha ha Ha while the nuts are are still on it’s been 48 years since I did one and yes you do not need an air wrench just makes it a little easier…. Bob
