    Too much concentration for me I’ve never done it except when I had a 48 and 51Chevy pick ups with a floor starter I think Bob White mentioned …it you have to hit the gas pedal and the starter at the same time with right foot…. most of us have slowed down to where we need to be before making the downshift decision lol … sorry bud that’s all I got it wasn’t meant to be sarcastic… bob

    Also, I’ve only seen 2 V12s in my life. One of them was around 1964 and the other one was last August at the Brockway show.

    A lot of times engines sitting a long time it’s just the piston rings. Stuck to the cylinder walls. Lots of oil and lots of patience….. bob

    I would get rid of them. Those bolts sticking out would be driving me crazy but that’s just me. Hell you got a lot there to work with that thing will cleanup. Nice. I had an 83 cruise liner look like the same exact grille good luck bob

    Hell I only drove two of them last one was around 1990. It seems to me it only had two positions also but there was another switch on the side of the stick for the high and low bottom and top 5-2 speed for the high-end splitter sorry too long ago I can’t remember but I’m pretty sure there’s a replacement Try Raleys they have everything good luck… bob

    Yeah, but that’s where I am at now. Not sure the best route to take I was going to cut up sheet metal but Vlad doesn’t think it’s a good idea. I guess I could just work wonders with the def jugs. I could also heat up plastic and bend it a bit for a precise fit. thanks again, Mark.

    my sister was telling me massachusetts is way over run with illegals latest caper,,,now they gotta bunch of them driving cars and banging into people with no license and or no insurance ,,,,she is moving to south carolina soon bought a condo there,,,,she cant wait to get out of there number of reasons lol bob

    after a fresh look at it after a few days ,,,, all the broken fiberglass,doesnt look nearly as bad....underneath is all in good shape,truck spent most of its life in texas,,,,had an easy day today,,,,boss asked me yesterday,,,,if i would come in and do 3 hrs of HM training and then go home,,,i say yeah yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....2-1/2 hrs later i was a free man rest of the day,,,,ran some errands...picked up more sanding supplys got a haircut and worked on my pickup...small job 20 minutes...bob

    this is probably not what your looking for but mine doesn't have anything like that behind the fenders and the hinges just bolt to the fiberglass DM offset cab,,,im thinking someone put those on for possible fiberglass repair reinforce...bob
