  1. Nice to see this stuff, thank you.
  2. Interesting to know how safe was extra fuelling for old Mack engines. Going to get running my old 131hp Lanova but worry to slide out pump rack's limit.
  3. Rebuild units are good if you know there are good quality components installed into. Shops concurenting to each other and lowering prices. There are lots issues overhere because rebuilders use Indian or Chinese parts for. Most brand here is Bosch so too many sources of parts around this market. As for a new stuff it's usually third country's rebuilds painted and packed into cardbord. So quality is of the same level. This way I prefere factory manufactured used units. Factory new's are good but pretty damn expensive.
  4. Local PAI deales (they are multy brand dealers) like to move their a**es when they have PAI ###
  5. I'm shure it's good idea. Although we can have here on forum some special content areas with different (better - with systemized) info on each Mack model. For a start - on most commonly used - R,B,F etc. I belive it's good than thematic site conteins a worth of basic info about the stuff it relates to. We need to get Barry involved to.
  6. You can find them on Watt's for something resonable (not for free of course). I also wish to have a pair although will go welding due to a shipping cost. Leslie, any plans for new SS covers?
  7. Welcome and feel free to keep the company. Vlad
  8. Good luck with that riding Tom!
  9. Nice looking pictures and interesting story. Keep fighting!
  10. Rail rider is really hot! OD, congrats on start to make the collection! Wonder how fast those pics will spread all over the net including that trouble making site.
  11. Don't know guys how do you used for all this but looks impressive and unpleasurant. On a side note, privat plowing equipement exists overhere absolutely not.
  12. You can see they used wheel chains. Although it really has very good off-road properties. Sometimes I start to think to buy a such one because I like them and they are still avalible for not expensive. But on my mind it's better to put one more on this place. Here's the one of the same kind I saw in Poland this past summer. Furnished as American WW2 time Paul, you can see how things were on German's way in the fall of 1941. Of course they preferred railroads. Pawel, thanks.
  13. Looks stronger. A little bit of evilness in it's "eyes" but it good compares with RW's general image. New battery cover on display!
  14. High level modelbuilding shure needs lots of info and many times you have to look for some covered and unpopular-to-show areas. Such as cab's bottoms, gearboxes, engine's attachments etc. 4 side wiews aren't enough but 20-30 systemized shots would make this question high up. Factory parts lists with illustrations are very useful and of course blue prints. But that stuff is mostly copyrighted.
  15. Everything is nice overhere. Especially was 3 days ago
  16. I agree with the all above but it maybe not too bad for the money.
  17. Paul, That's not the way, there is written "let us know that you would like to join the Forum" but not inform about any issues. Ron, Great job! On my mind, we need an official answer with comments about relation to a copyright law. Those little pictures of low resolution don't seem to me as a serious subject of sb's property. Of course the best way is to end up with that nonsence battle.
  18. I also was surprized today about Nigerian offer. I have no plans of selling Mack stuff I have at the moment. Didn't answer him, haven't finally got mind of do I want to go to Nigeria and for what a hell. On my thought you don't need to ban him strong because he didn't do anything outlaw here. Belive he recieved most answers of the kind as above. At least we know some human person dealing with Macks in Nigeria
  19. Silver with red looks great!
  20. I have done a pair of mines by cutting out about 1mm off faces with a lathe and welded up a couple of big scratches. And after nearly 2 days of sanding each one I got them polished into a brightness they were able to get. Good enough but not a chrome shine.
  21. Poor pld R! But looks nice in that color.
  22. Maybe you better take that resonator off again? Voices can wait! And hogs would keep safe distance from where your way goes.
  23. Ron, thank you very much, I haven't knew about your relation to that company. Nice pictures of early production units, not to many of on display in the net. That recabbed B is really interesting, I noted its speciallity as far as I saw it. And I also want you to get permission to copy some of the posted images to my computer. Because I might forget the source of them and post on another place. Because I'd like to take them on display to some of my good friends.
