  1. Fjh is one to really pay attention to like Joey Mack vmac3 and MackPro. There’s alot more but they are on here the most. Change your filters and make sure that notorious exhaust manifold isn’t leaking. Then let us know what happens.

  5. Correct, I think it was white/red key color and I think it was just turned around for less or more. But yes programming, if your familiar with diesel pickups and tuners you know that well over 60hp can be achieved with the tunes and all stock injectors and turbo. It’s just all through timing and duration
  6. No boost leaks/exhaust leaks it could be a shit turbo or a worn out engine too. But I wouldn’t worry about a few psi. Every engine has different ranges even when they are new.

  8. Start with getting an air filter and a filter kit (should be done anyway) and then put a load on it and see what happens. If you still have the same results pressure test the charge air system and check for exhaust leaks.

  12. If your at 28 loaded you have something to look into. If your hitting 33 like the other guys said your good to go. Besides 2 psi isn’t going to be a noticeable difference.

  15. You won’t make a lot empty, I’d change the air filter/fuel filters and pressure test the whole charge air system. Also check for exhaust leaks pre turbo.

  17. From your experience do you think this actually works or is just another expensive gadget Volvo decided to throw on there for a potential money grab? I know the discharge recirculation solenoid valve is usually a problem/leaker.
  18. A lot of times those parts are cheaper for a reason, a lot of times I have seen a oem part last an extremely long time and then the cheaper ones need to be replaced a few times in a short period. However there is still good aftermarket parts out there.

  24. It’s controlled by air, I believe there is a ribbon wire in the tscm that is know for problems and gets replaced.
