  1. Magic photos, thanks for taking the time to post them. Cheers Andy
  2. Very nicely done! One of the best set of colours I've seen on a B. Cheers Andy
  3. Amazon has it for a pretty good price. Just over $20 I think. Cheers Andy
  4. Not as lucky as the fish in the river near Coors in Colorado a couple of years back. Someone turned the wrong valve and vented beer into the river....! Cheers Andy
  5. Ah fellas, you need to pull your heads in. This forum is for lovers of Macks, old trucks and trucking not for hurling abuse just because you don't agree with someone. If you're on here, you love old Macks, something you share with many people who love to talk about them. Keep your conversations to constructive comment/advice on this subject and everyone is happy to read those comments, otherwise it takes the enjoyment out of it. Any negative personal comments towards fellow members should be done away from this forum, if they need to be done at all. We love Macks. We love this site. Let's keep it that way. Cheers Andy
  6. G'day Steve Murray Langford just sent me the same clip, it is sensational. Looking forward to the DVD myself, will have to keep an eye out for it. Twin sticking with your LEFT hand!!!! Cheers Andy
  7. Love the interior, nice work! I've seen photos of that truck somewhere else but can't remember where. Cheers Andy
  8. LOL, I'd cheat and spy the "B66" badge on your hood and know it was a gasser! Even number on a highway truck usually means it's not a diesel, odd number means it is. Learnt that off Fuzzy Buzzard (Tom Gannaway), one of the many oracles I consult from time to time! Fire trucks are a different matter! I'm sure the Mack guys had fun with designations! Cheers Andy
  9. Thanks for sharing mate, great pics of a great truck. Cheers Andy
  10. Guys Have added a couple of working Bs here in Oz to my Gallery. These pics are by a mate of mine, Barry Kitto, who attended the Alice Springs Reunion. The red and white B with the sleeper featured in one of the pics may not be a working one but it sure looks like it! The yellow one is a regular sight around Melbourne apparently. The gallery also has the yellow B81 that is better than any modern truck at pulling an 80 ton dozer across a paddock! Anyone got some pics of working Bs from the last couple of years, they are the best things to see on the road! Cheers Andy
  11. G'day Art My 60 B61 leaks in the corners as well, however she's is most likely a bit scruffier than yours. Also, she's the only B that I've been in when it's rained so.... Sounds like a good early B you 've got there. Cheers Andy
  12. Thanks Trent LOL, I've had my hands up inside the "eyebrows" of the cab as well, amazing what you can do once the pain subsides! I will have a closer look at the "studs" on the roof, I have not noticed any threads inside of them as they are more or less filled with paint! Cheers Andy
  13. Guys Okay, this'll probalby sound really obvious but I've noticed lilttle stud like things on the roof of my cab. As there are 5 and going by their spacing, the only things that I can think of is that they are factory holes for the roof lights (other Bs I've seen all have original style lights). I don't have original lights mounted and they may be mounted further back than the original ones. Anyone? Btw, if these are where the original lights go, how hard is it to rewire them in? I've had to redo a couple of the existing lights already so that they work and they proved "interesting" to do! Got her running again this weekend just gone. She started up first go, oil and air pressures shot up, I love my Mack! Cheers Andy
  14. Wonderful job you're doing there mate, great to see. Inspirational! Cheers Andy
  15. Have added some pics to my Macks Downunder gallery, have added 2 local B Models, a B61T and B853SX. Some of you may have seen these before, just getting reorganised! Cheers Andy
  16. From the album: Macks Downunder!

One of only 2 believed to have come to Australia. Old Ridolfo truck.
