  1. That was going on in 2001+2 when i worked at Maine Mack in Westbrook ME. They bought 32+ CH-612 + 613's running or not. I even had to show some how to release the brakes and shift.. it was a strange time.. All going to Guatemala.. They didnt speak english..

  3. Ok. Its in the side of the housing by the starter.. the wires take a beating from dirt flying off the steer tire. Peel the loom back,to inspect, and tug the wires in the plugs..

  8. Hey bud, is the clutch fork in the wrong hole? Doesnt the cable come off the engine, and pull Forward? Its great that you found the items for a low price. Do you run 2 pto's?

  13. The ujoints will bind on the steering shaft if they are in line, then mounted in the angled bracket. Like on RD Macks for example. I cant remember if his Volvo has that set up.. I should have been more specific. I meant the 2 u joints and steering bearing shaft that is mounted on top of the sheppard steering box.. Sorry, JC....

  15. "phasing" the steering shaft would be correct, however, if there are 2 u joints at the steering box, you dont phase them. They need to be offset, but i dont know by how much. It's not 90 degrees. Does it have that set up?
