  1. Ok, so I am A Dumb-Dumb.. We have papers here to buy trucks and such, called "The truck paper".. I guess it's the same idea.. I always liked reading them, but the only way to get one is for me to go to a truck stop, thing is, I never go to truck stops. jojo
  2. if the 4-5 code has an FMI -2, the issue is within the intake system. If the FMI is '7' Look at the mechanical parts of the waste gate. ....I really think you need to confirm the Boost sensor part number... jojo
  3. Well, you just met the only one that doesn't... I would love a few older copies, just to be able to read something good...
  4. Awesome... Glad you posted the fix,and with some creativity as well.. ... Great..... jojo

  6. Entertain me Mark... What's a TNT mag? jojo
  7. Well here;s some Bidenomics for ya... I have a loan for my Wife's Tri-Glide Ultra Classic.. I have been paying much more than the minimum, since the first payment.... I payed so good that the bill only wanted $89.00/month... I still kept paying $300.00/ month... 2 months ago the bill doubled, then last month it went up again, this month, the payment required is $357.00. I had to go in and change my auto pay to $400.00/ month... Then I open my gas bill for the house, a bill that I pay a flat fee each month,,,, in the summertime I overpay by a bunch, to offset the winter usage. The new bill, showed a required $9.00/ month increase... no warning or explanation... just a hike.... Thank you Joe Biden, for all that you do for us, (Working people) ... What a joke!!! jojo
  8. governors (For trucks) are as cheap as (Lib. ) governors.. just replace it... do you know how to adjust one to get optimum air pressure? and if you can,,, just put an AD-9 air dryer on it... just sayin.... jojo
  9. we did mention boost sensors.. the wrong one will cause this issue...
  10. fuse 41 is the eecu fuse, fuse 46 is an ignition feed,, also, if you have a 2-2 code... it needs to be fixed first.. I reading my V-Mac III book, not coming off the top of my head..
  11. I cant write the book,, just , when you get a chance, take pics of the turbo area.. wide shots.. jojo
  12. I figured a 2003 CX was a CXN with an ASET CEGR.. Is yours a CX with a CCRS? pics of the data plate on the front valve cover would help... jojo
  13. no... you dont need to take a brake chamber apart..... just do what Glenn said, or take a long nose vise grip and clamp it to one brake chamber at a time, on the park brake side... the rearward hose... then release the brakes... wheel chocks in place please!!! do this for each chamber until you hear the leak stop... hell, if you have 4 of these vise grip's, clamp all 4 lines, and push the yellow button in, (air pressure needs to be up, leave it running) then remove one vice grip at a time til you hear the leak. that will be the bad chamber.. no need to cut through the rubber air hoses with a death grip, just snug.. But Glenn told you a good way to get the same results... jojo
  14. might I suggest getting the E-Tech book... It has all the tools needed, listed throughout the book.. I have about 30 special tools for that engine and still dont have all of them.. jojo
  15. I agree with you Paul.. part of why I parked my truck is because I'm worth a bit more. I have a few that understand and pay me a bit more, but I am not 'kickin butt' like I was... Its hard for me to post on this because I dont want to come off as arrogant. I just have some strong opinions.. Thank you sir.. jojo
  16. yes Hayseed, I agree, I do good work, no re-works, and I have many repeat customers, but there are a few that think I need to stay put on pricing... I dont care to brag,,, that's not me.. I care all the way around.. I also care to make a living as well.. I feel like im a newbie, when I write these posts.... 24 years on macks, 13 working for myself and I still aint got it right yet.... thanks 'H' jojo

  23. I know i'm robbing this thread, but i'm talking to Mark T right now... I remember when I-380 was pretty much nothing but 'Jersey barrier's' for miles and miles... and me being a new driver,, I 'White knuckled' that ride a few times... and ran it at night soooo many time's.. looking back, I'm glad I was in a cabover, so i could see ahead of me... I never needed the short pull off's, but alway's wondered how I would slow my rig enough to get into one if I needed it... sorry moderator's... I didn't want to start a new topic.. jojo
