    How is the oil level? Did you do a 'Halo' test to see if the oil is diluted? jojo

    Are you sure the valve lash is correct? That popping sounds like a lifter has failed or possibly a bad/bent valve. Is there anything blowing back into the air cleaner ducts? The exhaust looks ok. did you remove the rocker shaft, to just see if the valves are at the same height? I didnt see much smoke, but i'm leaning towards valve train.. it should be easy to see since it's a 2 Valve.. How about a sticking rocker arm?

    Amen My Brotha' !! Unfortunatly what we know how to do, has been challenged by the fancy pants B.S. in recent years. as far as Mack go's... Volvo bought it to destroy it....... have you had the chance to train a new school guy on truck repair, or even driving one, in the last 10 years? I have..... It aint pretty, unless the guy Truly want's to learn... Just sayin'.. Jojo

    No I do the kickin'.. In the car anyway... Truth is,,, It's a newer model, from "Re-Imagine Auto works" based out of China.. It has a K.J.P. , Central Processor that controls all of the cars ''Outputs''. The Model name is the ''Circle Back Psaki'' 😁

    brass bulkhead connectors.. Something like this, but with the thread size and lenght you need.. jojo

    Your ok... There is a large 15/16'' square plug on the side. That is the Check/Fill plug. The small 3/8'' NPT plug above it, is access to the magnetic tray/Filter.. You DoNot fill the tranny in the small hole, It will be over filled, and it takes forever to fill.. Ask me how I know??

    Yes I do.. The O-ring at the elbow mounted to the turbo volute, is notorious for leaking, and even a new one can get cut during assembly.. Jojo

    Mech, That is the brake light switch. Its on the firewall in "R" models.. I think DM's too.. I forget sometimes.. jojo

    Do you own one of these? If not, I suggest you get one.. You may not use it much, but when you do, you will be glad you have one.. $65.00 on Amazon... jojo

    The fuse box on the firewall, has the trailer fuses in it.. and yes, check the plug at the back of the cab for brake light power.. jojo
