air suspension will also account for air dropping. if it is spring suspension I might have to consult with Yukon Jack at this point.

does this trailer have air ride suspension ??? ==1st blast of air brakes setting/ second blast of air is suspension dropping.

slight exhausting ; not major blowing. also when pulling out the red button should NOT effect air gauges . pushing in to release brakes there could be air loss in tanks/ on gauges . NOT setting brakes.

went back to page one. first sentence ;" when I PUSH IN THE RED BUTTON" , yellow line leaks. basically I'd say the module was the problem . you just happened to find a brake can leaking on SERVICE side . slight air exhaust when PULLING OUT the red button not bad.

whole purpose of the yellow exhaust line is just that;; exhaust the system air when red button pulled out.

ok setting the brakes not releasing. that's not bad. check brake adjustment also.

not going back to first post; but I thought it stated air leaking out yellow line when the red button was pushed in to release brakes ?? air leak exhausting slightly less dropping from 80 to only 110.

new dash valve/ new brake can ; air consumption (not air loss-there's a difference. ) not as bad is a positive, seems the air issue is still with trailer. when red button pushed in air movement heard in systems?? did you check brake adjustment ? out of adjustment cans will use more air to completely release. air loss would be a near complete emptying of tank(s). air consumption would be using more then needed == brakes out of adjustment ... just to clarify.

hopefully the info can be posted here or I will try to find it. never built a scania/ have worked on them back then, R-400's. 864 's fazing out the new 865/ then the 866's were new. remember driving a new for delivery R-700 / 865 bobtail tractor . dumped the clutch the front axle came off the ground.!!! what a ride and what a sound out the exhaust. LOL

short sleeper also. 3 hr trip not bad ; yrs back what was suppose to be three guys (owner/ foreman / me ) trip to Canada ; turned out to be me alone to look at a R 600 ,/12 speed / 4 axle tractor . I looked came back said yes =it was bought. real nice unit hooked to a three axle lowbed. fun days -

one positive : you can no longer say next ENDT-673 is your first. LOL has me attempting a memory trip :: can't remember the first actual full rebuilt. I can pat myself on the back to say ::I rebuilt the engine in the first R model 1001/R607T built. that was an out of frame build. -

I was able to climb up and push the clutch pedal down surprised me . to start that V-8 and listen while the air built up . has 12 speed / brakes where froze just a little = not bad, if I was able to take for a test ride as in days of old. no longer hold a CDL for starters, -

less then a yr good news. I know my" pump timing is off" .will know in November course of action. I went and checked out the superliner I've been given the honor to babysit. it fired right up and I moved it couple hundred ft back/forth to check brake system. like the song Cher sings "If I could turn back time "" . -
can only hope there is a follow up/update to this issue , with positive repairs and NOT letting the unit go up/down these CT road with known safety issues. MY Children and many other innocents travel these rotten over crowded roads.

you hit the nail on the head. being one of those """grumpy bums/ mature old and forgotten what it's like to be young members . """ middle of the night once doing a delivery through residential section on a long down hill descent ; trying to be nice guy left the jake off. bottom of hill was law enforcement sitting in the dark.. pulled me over for speeding !! doing 50 in a 40 !!! I started at baskin robbins in '75 ; saw the same thing. contract time the younger generation wanted $$ in the pocket. the older crew; which there were many 20/30 yr people wanted higher benefits. union enjoyed the conflicts

does that mean you are in for a road call to CT ?? yrs past I've done PA/ Maryland/Virginia road calls ; way before cell phones . if we meet at the truck and you can get on a creeper ' which for me now is a 10 minute process ; I will assist as helper . if the owner doesn't buy the steaks I will.
