Im pretty sure we are talking about the same thing spill timing should be done any time a different pump is installed or at least thats what I was taught it takes two people to adjust it one on the crank with breaker bar slowly turn the motor over the other pumping the lift pump and watching the fuel cut off on number at the injector pump need to pull the valve on the injector pump first on number one someone on here no doubt can provide the proper Mack literature so you can see how it is meant to be done and it can be done at at home ok no special tools needed Paul

  20. good onya JT wouldnt worry about shifting skills slow right down dont race the gears you have plenty of time to get to the next gear watch the tacho and it will slip on thru no noise nothing with out using the clutch at all most blokes only use the clutch when taking off the old Road Ranger is very easy to shift just dont rush it steady steady once you get it happening you will find when you have no trailer on you can skip most of the gears and still change with no clutch Dont push the clutch all the way to the floor it will activate the clutch brake and grind the gears if it has a clutch brake fitted good luck with the sale Paul

  23. YES YES AND YES as I have been saying on here for some time a lot can learnt from your Australian cousins but and its a big BUT the US have to stop telling customers what they want and start to listen to what the customer is asking for end of the day the only time we look at getting something different is when what we have doesnt suit us any more The big lesson to be learnt is if you cant sell what you are making dont blame everyone else maybe you just arent making what they want Paul
  24. I dont think its her pussy Paul
