  1. I have a 673 oil pan ,it wont fit the maxidyne. I also have the 237 in my 1964 B615, but I didnt put it in there and dont have the expertise to do it anyway. If there is a picture or other question I can help you with let me know-Bobby

  4. I haven't done diamond plate, but I have done the radiator and headlight panels on my B615. Use sandpaper of a fine grit (150) and do it again finer. Followup with some metal polish and buffer or dremel if you have one. You can see my pictures on my gallery

  6. I have powersteering on my 1964 B-615 too. The hydraulic cylinder was leaking and has been rebuilt. (not reinstalled yet) The gearbox under the drivers side fender area is next to have the seals redone any advice for me here?

  9. I have driven many CH model macks @ UPS . There is a sensor in the coolant tank which may not be covered up with coolant. Check the coolant level in both top and bottom tanks!
  10. As far as I know all even numbered B-model Macks all had gas engines. Fire trucks are an exception to this rule.
  11. Not exactly a garden spot in Lexington either. I used to be their delivery man(UPS) many years ago . They were good to me though.In case you didn't know that part of town was Davistown. Many people think of it as Irishtown, but it is not.

  13. Speaking of interiors Check out this floor. Is it aluminum painted with a clear vinyl cover on it Could this be done with a B model floor?

  15. Could it be the brake light switch? look for it at the rear of the cab along the frame on the drivers side
