  1. Yeah, I switched to google chrome and it's about all i use now, just go to aol and internet explorer once in a while to check my e mail.
  2. You could do that, or as soon as you click "paste" you can turn around in a circle repeatedly while rubbing your belly with one hand and patting yourself on the head with your other hand- always worked for me.
  3. I'll have to disagree with you on that Larry- i'm sure it goes way faster than I want to go. I like my 4 cyl. Ranger that won't get out of it's own way!
  4. Bet you're going to that place on rt. 21 just north of where 250 turns off, passed that tanker place many times. The little truckstop there at rt.250 used to have good food, but I haven't been in there for several years, when I used to run to Fremont,Ohio about every week.
  5. I still think all the people with their hands out put him in office- the "we want our free shit" people.
  6. I'm assuming you're not talking about the wife?
  7. That's what I did. I switched from AOL to IE because AOL started to suck, then when I discovered google chrome I started using that and have ever since, everything seems to be bigger, stronger, faster...
  8. The landfill I went to was right on rt. 322, near Beartown. You had to turn right, or south, off of 322 to get to the actual town of Narvon. I saw the sign, but didn't make a visit.
  9. Part Two... and now- the rest of the story. I met some more dogs on the way back to the truck Wednesday morning, but these were friendlies. I was ready for them this time anyway, I brought 2 of Other Dog's begging strips with me. I gave the first two dogs a treat, then another big red dog with black tiger stripes came out to see what was going on. I felt bad that I didn't have any more, so I started to walk back home and get more...not really, I was well over half way there. Then they all went home and left me alone. Almost there! Saw this red machine with a blue bucket at Long Island Lumber. Saw this familiar looking truck on I-64 in West Virginia. Never thought i'd be passing it..........but I did. I kept watching my mirrors going up Sandstone, expecting it to blow my doors off, but I never saw it again. They unloaded 4 or 5 loads of mats here in Jewett, Ohio, then they said they were going to unload me and another truck someplace else. So we followed the pickup- turned off on a little narrow road, then turned off of that road onto a dirt road. Went past the dog... and on and on and up the hill and around the curve to the track hoe way over there. They used a skidder to move the mats around- a nice skidder too. Looks like another MH and a Cruiseliner on 422, a little was east of Indiana. I like this old Ford- looks like the model Vlad posted. Saw this at N.B.Handy in Lynchburg this morning. Followed this Mack chip truck down Long Island Road this morning. He was moving on pretty good, about as fast as I usually go empty. Chips are very top-heavy. Pretty neat trailer moving arappatattus,eh? A big Mack truck. Cabbage plants look fine too.
  10. That bridge is on 295 between Richmond and Petersburg.
  11. Pennex Aluminum, it's over in an industrial park next door to the Werner ladder place.
  12. Tore up Western Star.
  13. There I was walking down the road in the snow carrying a 12 pack of beer, and no one offered me a ride. Thought I might have to use it as a weapon when those two dogs came after me, but one was friendly and I gave him a pat on his head. The other one followed me for about 50 yards or more, right behind me and barking the whole time. Then he stopped following me and stood in the road watching and barking at me until I made a left turn on Wyatt Miles Road and got out of his sight.
  14. I know she was expecting a ride in that big red truck, but she didn't fool me- I could tell she was from Winfall so I didn't even slow down.
  15. yeah, and it's still snowing- it's crazy! supposed to be 60 degrees again by Friday, 70 Saturday. Hope this is all the snow for this year.
  16. I'm with you on that! I started out to work today and the roads were so bad I parked the truck and walked 2 miles home- and it's still snowing here!
  17. I know it's early for pictures of the week, but i'm taking a snow day so I figured i'd post what I got. I saw the Susquehanna River on the way to Narvon, Pa. Monday. Superliner dump truck at the landfill I delivered at. One sheep Two sheep Red sheep Blue sheep. These were at the landfill too, except the blue one- did a google image search for blue sheep. These goats were there on this hill too. Saw a cow too. I even went through Blue Balls- ball I mean, Blue Ball. Fleetstar International. Went over to Wellsville and loaded aluminum logs going to Petersburg, Va. Got them off last night and came home. They had a Diamond Reo Giant too, like they have at their plant in Greenville, Pa. and a Ford 8000 tipper trucks. The Shenandoah river near Harpers Ferry, W.V. Saw some dinosaurs and a shark, an octopus, and several other creatures. I saw this bridge too. Today I was going to Long Island to get a load of mats going to Jewett, Ohio.. It looked like this when I left here this morning- Cabbage plants I just planted Friday. Truck at the yard...still snowing. Rt. 460 about a mile from the yard- not looking too good! Turned onto rt.24 at Concord- looking worse. Long Island is down some very narrow backroads, so I just decided to turn off of Long Island Rd. onto rt. 699, where I saw this girl from Winfall sitting in the snow, drove over to the store on 699, parked in back, went inside and bought 12 beers, then walked the two miles home. Looked like this where the pickup was parked earlier. Cleaned the snow off the satellite antennae. Had this much snow when I got home two hours ago, and it's still snowing...stupid snow.
  18. Hi there Mike!
  19. Al Gore must be just a complete idiot- wonder what caused all the earthquakes there before fracking was ever heard of? Wonder if global warming is causing this almost 4 inches of snow here, and it's still coming down, and it's almost April...
  20. Sorry Eastcoastdiesel.
  21. I agree with you Rowdy .
  22. Delicious! I just shot up in there amongst them, kilt 18 of 'em wit one shot.
  23. Thanks Bob!.. I went to Altavista today, saw about 5,000 wild turkeys in the field. Only got about 25 of them in the picture though. Here's me today- yes, it was today really- 30 years later than 30 years ago, cooking some wings and vegetables on the grill. I'm wearing my 3D extended hood B model T shirt. And this is Other Dog today, walking along the cabbage plants I planted yesterday.
