  1. Love the B and the F tandem. Ohhhh never good when internal parts become external parts
  2. Ive done more with less. I wouldnt worry should do fine
  3. I like the pic of the pacific tractor with the offset cab looks like some mack influence. If Vinny sees there is another offset cab truck he'll be into the big iron. And who could blame him there just cool. Just like the old Cline coal haulers we used to have here
  4. Looks good! I like the high low range valves on the stick not in the knob well all mine have been 10spds but none the less to me its easier to do your pre selects just slide your hand down and pull or roll your hand to hit the knob into low side. Well and i like mine on the side at about the 2 oclock position. plus they look better than the all in one knobs
  5. Im looking to sell/trade mine its a 78 250 cummins 10spd setup as a single axle dump. Pm me if your interested. Sorry the pics upside down
  6. I saw that it was well lubed lol. I always like the western look. It maybe a lil rough around the edges but compaired to what im used to around here (rust and caked with coal mine mud) it looks pretty good to me
  7. Lookin good!! Ya thatll make your life easier than when blasting time comes. Are you gonna break the rims down and blast them and wedges too?
  8. Dont worry Vinny my truck has the same beautiful condition yours does, my cab is off to one side too lol
  9. Something that I learned and it made shifting alot easier afterwards was to shift using mostly fingers and wrist to move the shifter instead of your whole arm. Seems to be more control and you can feel what shes doing better. But then again if you only missed one shift your ahead of me when i was your age!!!
  10. Agree i had a sngle axle r a while back and it was navy blue cab and machine grey bed and looked good
  11. Looks. Great Vin!!! Keep them pics comin! If I was closer Id give ya a governor have several on the shelf. Yes the unloader is in the gov ( correct me if im having a moment)
  12. Well you could drop a watermelon in the drivers floorboard and look in the mirror and watch it bounce down the road and the back of the cab has lots of thru cancer below the window it could be saved but it would take alot of work/ determination but i wouldnt say it hopeless. I can go take some more pics if youd be interested
  13. The buzzin dozin.....Nothing like 2 671's and 1 crank shaft. Ahhhhh glorious noise
  14. Now thats a gorgeous rig!!! I see its automatic and i see two air cleaner tubes... 300?
  15. There are a few Vin, this one thats for sale but i think they want to much for it cabs in good shape from what i remember interior is a lil rough 300 so ive been told and a 5 spd they say its a dm but ive never seen a dm single axle with a straight 5spd And one more i know of thats about 2 hrs south of me that im checking on that believe is a u. Tandem tractor green dash and roof top a/c dont know much more than that ive never seen it up close
  16. I was wanting some parts for my dm (doors, springs, fifth wheel etc) he wants scrap price for it which he said was $1800. Seemed a lil high for $10.00/100lb i doubt it weighs 18000lbs
  17. Its in dry branch wv about 20-30 mins south of charleston off the wv turnpike
  18. Well i thought id start a wv macks topic seeing as there are quite a few interesting specimens around here. Here is a forsale f model i looked at yesterday its a old smith transfer tractor. Good running gear ,300 5spd, but cab is pretty well shot
