dieselfuel007 Posted 1 hour ago Share Posted 1 hour ago I have a Mack td713 and I was driving the other day and it popped while pulling a hill and it would do it the rest of the way back anytime you would put it under a load in any high side gear so after reading on here and talking to my dealer we checked the shift fork and the bolt was snug .So we removed the transmission and removed the synchronizer but all the high side gears look good the inside teeth on the low range hub and it’s opposing gear are chewed up pretty good will these have any effect on high side or are there other things to look for Quote Link to comment https://www.bigmacktrucks.com/topic/76199-t310m-high-side-popping/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

Will it do it in the dirt when pulling hard? Do you have an air locking power divider ?
