Outbehindthebarn Posted April 11 Share Posted April 11 (edited) My Superliner 1 has heated mirrors, but they are pretty ugly, glass too, but the elements are still good and work Is it possible to swap over the elements(etc) into non-heated mirrors? Found a beautiful set, but they aren't heated.. Geoff Weeks Posted April 11 Share Posted April 11 The heated mirrors On my IHC had a heater grid that had an adhesive on the back, it was a single use, and I don't think you can peal it off the old and get it to stick to the new. That is if you could get it off in one piece. I would see if replacement grids are available. Vladislav Posted April 15 Share Posted April 15 I have opened heated Bulldog mirror apart once or twice. Don't remember seeing any separatable heating elements. As I remember the heater was glued up to the back side of the glass or integrated another way.
