Clean the area and Braze in a patch. Lower heat than welding and easier to do a larger area.with out any warp. Low enough temp to even use MAP gas if you want.   Paul

When my dad took his off his KW with a signature cummins, and started cleaning up to weld there where many bad spots still covered in paint that weren't leaking yet.    He ended up buying a new one.     Check it out good before u put to much time in patching it.
