Looks like it is broken in the middle so I will put money down that it needs the front cab mounts rebuilt or the frame is cracked or bent. Also, 675 indicates a 237 HP engine so that would be a transplant motor. Depending on the driver, that may or may not kill the triplex transmission. Looks like it was big dog in its day.
