He's not one to toot his own horn, but he was mentioned numerous times in the cover story of the latest Wheels of Time. I talked to Howard at York, the ole Mack made the long trip to York, PA and back to Iowa, hell half the fun going to a long distance truck show is driving. just wish Mike could have made it. Popular Post Superdog Posted January 17, 2016 Popular Post Share Posted January 17, 2016 Howard and his wife Glenda are super nice people and it's been a lotta fun for me helping with this truck..This old H is a sweetheart to drive,too. This is actually his 2nd H67.The first one was one I'd been trying to buy for quite a long time,the guy ended up consigning it to an antique truck auction about the same time I found out Howard was looking for one.We both went to the sale,I told him if he didn't want it,I'd buy it and we'd keep looking for one for him.It was really rough,but he decided to get it anyway,so I hauled it home for him.Awhile later I found out the owner of this other one,which I'd also known about for along time,had finally decided to sell it because the roof collasped on his building. A couple of years ago I was looking for an air tank for my B he called and said he had what I wanted. He would not put a price on it but said just call when you get it. I told him that I would send $100.00 for shipping and part of the price. He again said to call when you get it and we will talk. After it arrived I called we talked but he would not accept any money.
