41chevy Posted March 19, 2015 Share Posted March 19, 2015 In California as of May 2015, if a vehicle owner fails to respond to a safety, emission or general vehicle recall notice, the owner’s registration will be suspended or revoked until the repair is complete by dealership. Now Governor Cumo is going to put this law into effect in N.Y.S. Seems logical. One step closer to the USSA...United Socialist States of America...Damn shame. Don't forget to vote when the oportunity arrises.I got a recall notice for my Ford 3 years after I bought it, "for possible bad tire valve stems" . Like most 3 year old vehicles I was already into my second set of tires. My Dodge Ram had an "un announced recall" for some crap. Only looked at if the truck if it came to the dealer for work. So now I suppose I'll have to have both looked at? Let's see the recall on the Ford was 4 years ago and the Dodge was 26 years ago...
