hicrop10 Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 Vinny,i don't know what condition your truck is in,but what i would be looking at is what you are going to spend on your truck verus this truck.The one thing going for the dump is that once it's roadable you could put it to work hauling mulch or anything else to help pay for it.I know down here in eastern PA if you want only a small amount of stone the quarries won't send it out.You have to go to one of the lumber yards that have the stone and then you wilpay out your ass for it.In your case if someone wanted say 2-3 tons of stone you could go right to the quarry and get it. He also just got a 1 ton Ford dump a couple months ago so i dont know. He likes to haul his own scrap and sand and whatever else we need to move around.
