Oh.......finally found out about the warning points. It is used when any of us go into the VIP Lounge without a parent or guardian. And yes it is age related. So if any of ya know of someone that is too young to go into this VIP Lounge, they will get 3 points or 3 strikes and then they are kicked off the site by a Modulator. So be very very careful. mike

Man Joe that is a real downer. Something tells me that you will be ok, because I have heard of this before from guys that I have worked with. These judges know what a guy can and can't do. That is you can only get so much from a single paycheck and they know that. Keep your cool when it comes time, but fight for what is yours. Sorry for your little problem that seems like a big one. Man what a bummer. Larry, i'm trying to understand how you can leave manifolds attached and pick them up enough to get the gaskets out from under the heads. I'm not questioning Glenn, but in my mind I just can't figure how without detaching the heads etc. etc. and possibly using the forklift, unless you find a steal plate and mount it to the forks so you can slide the heads onto the plate, put the gaskets on lift up a couple of inches then slide heads over onto the gaskets. Just my 1/2 cents worth. mike

randy I would not go that far as to say. Ya might take note of the forward bent exhaust stack. Looks like someone forgot to fix the stack after the turnover. mike

rowdy......we or I did not have any hotties ever, in any grade in school. I only had fatties or oldies in school. I bet they had long gotten over that stage in their lives. Or they were afraid of getting fired or going to jail if they got too affectionate with students. mike
