  1. It looks good. A little buffing and wax and it will be good as new.
  2. Did it roll so hard it flipped past the drivers side and roof to land on its passenger side???
  3. Thanks Umodel, It ran about 6 years ago when I looked at buying it before. I just got a 12v starter in it now. Hopefully she'll run again soon.
  4. Maybe his favorite female driver from the fuel and tree story kidnapped him at gunpoint.
  5. From the album: B73

It appears to be leaning to the Drivers side. The Left Driver was low, hopefully that was the problem.
  6. All I can see is a bunch of worthless material in the way!
  7. Where is the tan line?????
  8. I also wish mine was that easy. It looks great, I love the look of the 70's nose. What hapened to the base for the passenger seat? All 70 series I have seen have the 2/3 size metal box for the seat to sit on. Ben
  9. Sorry to hear about the bad luck. As for the trucks, maybe it is a matter of you wanting the job done and making what you have work for you. Any pics of the big project? Ben
  10. Glad to hear the day wasn't a total loss. I had planned on working on the B, but the wind was blowing 25 MPH. I need a bigger shop. Good luck tomorrow. Ben
  11. Posted 23 March 2012 - 06:37 PM http://diamondtrubber.com/photos.html Was this it? Ben
  12. Thanks for the link. My B73 has an L cab on it that could use some new rubber when I replace the glass. Ben
  13. You buy the plane ticket to NJ and I'll drive it home for ya.
  14. My user name here is my nickname. My real names Ben. Put em together and thats what I would tell the girls when I first met them when they would ask my name back in the day.
  15. Lmodel and Rob, Where in NV are you headed? I would love to see your rigs if you are coming along I-80. Ben
  16. The fisrt episode was last Monday and they were running Kenworths in Australia. They are supposed to travel all over the worl and run many different trucks along the way.
  17. Thanks, I am fairly handy with 12v electronics, but Positive ground still blows my mind.
  18. It has an alternator on it, can an alternator be set up positive ground or has it been converted?
  19. I plan to get it from my local starter shop. He is a good guy and rebuilds everything in his shop. I have always had good luck with him. Ben
  20. My series parallel switch is toast. I am going to bite the bullet and convert to a 12v starter. It appears from my research that the Delco 42MT is the one I would like. Has anyone used it on the 262 Cummins? I am assuming that it will bolt up, does anyone know the toothcount and direction? I can't wait to get it started again and fix the compressor for a few backroad drives. Thank you, Ben
