i dunno where to start on this topic haha. My truck has Dcc on it with DCX61 hardener with Dau75 clear. kinda backwards puttin that old school clear on but it sprays nice if you can still get it. the DBC you might as well brush paint a barn door with. that stuff is total garbage. that old Devilbiss JGA got used alot on my truck along with the new Sata. in my opinion nothin can lay down a good coat of primer like an old school gravity feed Devilbiss.

that sucks, they arent much to begin with. usually the first thing to go is the center strip then they start to droop. nothin against Barry, he does great for us but i hope they are not 1200 in the B model store
-
lancaster use to have the headliner about 5 years ago for around $190 bucks, im sure it went up but i cant believe if Barry is gettin 1200??? Im sure Lancaster still makes them. they made them for A, B and E models. least they use to.
-
headliner you can get from Lancaster County upholstery, Lancaster Pa. have put in several and they have pretty much the best priced and best fittin one around. Doug Fetterly also use to sell the tuck and roll diamond plete style years ago. dunno if he still does. have tried one from Overthehilltrucks in the past and the fit was a real pain in the ass.

i dunno ben, those cute ''bottom breathing'' girls are hard to come by. might wanna go after her. haha

well i got contacted by the seller and i guess the buyer has failed to contact him. we made a deal for the truck and all the parts that go with it. spent more than i wanted to for a truck i probably dont need but i figured its kinda rare and needs some love. now im lookin for someone during august-september that is willin to haul it to upstate Ny for me. i think its around a 7 1/2 hour trip. im sure WE will pay for it, or they will get a story and primetime Tv. got a scumbag kid in our neighborhood, 21, never worked, renting a ewmodeled house for 1125 a month that we are payin for. someone asked him why he doesnt have a job, he says, i dont need one, i wont get benefits then. then Social services tells him if he can come up with the 125, they will pay the grand. now tell me how someone on assistence can come up with 125 buck? duh, of course hes collecting and workin under the table. to top it off his future wife that we are probably payin for the weddin for next month had two kids we paid for her to have and she babysits under the table. sorry, on a rant guys! who the hell was that guy that use to be on Tv and the radio with '' You know what makes me sick''?????

yup, rob is right, you need the crank hub and pulleys as well as a shorter waterpump USUALLY. we put a 675tb in B68 that came from a 69 DM and it already had the shorter water pump. just had the take off the power steering pump and change the crank hub as well as the pulleys on the waterpump and crank. the R models usually have a longer crank hub and a 3 or 4 groove pulley that wont fit behind the radiator of a B model. the radiator support crossmember might have to be shimmed out 1/4 inch as well. most B61's had 1/4 inch shims between the front spring hangers and the radiator crossmember(the one with 5 or 2 holes in the front) to space it out from the engine. i learned this the hard way when tryin to change a fan belt after the fact. of course being a 707 it might already have the shims in it. yup had me scratchin my head. a 291 331 and 401 all had the tr77 series small transmission behind them, i assume you TR73 is a spicer unit as thats what most B 20 s and B 30's had in them with a two speed rear. the TR72 series is huge and would not bolt up to that engine. the 72 series was in most B50's and up trucks, the 40's and smaller had the TR77 mostly. ive seen some varients as a B61 with a TR67 series and adapter plate. this was also used in a lot of B62's and B68's and had the smaller yolks and universal joints to. i think i would just switch the rear, should be able leave hangers and springs intact and told another housin up as most are universal. we changed the hogs head in a B42T and put a B61 one in which is a 4.62 ratio. its good around town with a direct tranny but i wouldnt wanna pull any weight for it.
-
there was a B81 with an automatic at Macungiie a few years back. I was told the guy wanted it and paid a few thousand dollares just for the bell housing to put it in.
-
have a good single reduction hogs head and housing from the B42 we are repowering. hate to throw it in the junk pile as the teeth all look good and figured someone might want or need it, its slow 6.17 ration but the teeth and grease looked good and its too good to junk. might even fit smaller A or E models, i dont know. located in upstate ny. may be able to deliver depending on location. i believe it may be a 18000 lb rear as it doesnt have the thicker supports in side on the flange that the double reduction bearings rest against but is a Mack stamped housin. just the hogs head and housing .
