  1. That looks like it is the fuel shutoff, not an air supply shutoff. My suggestion would be to install a cable to manually shutoff the fuel. Put a return spring to hold it in the run position. Give my friend a call. Maybe you can find a service manual.
  2. I am guilty for leaving at 3:30p. Beat me please!
  3. Another Pennsyltuckian. Welcome to BMT. Being the anal person that I am....do not use ALL CAPS. That indicates YELLING!
  4. Welcome to the "funny farm" Dillon JT - when I first read your post I thought you put "shitty folks". I think it is time to change my glasses.
  5. JT - can you show on the picture where the air cylinder is located? Also a few closeups of the fuel pump on top of the engine. It is visible from the left side of the engine.
  6. I didn't buy much compared to others but here is what I bought. Both my wife and I worked at Hagerstown so I thought this would be a nice addition to our collection of shelf sitters.
  7. After seeing all those shiny Superdogs at Macungie, he went home and polished all night.
  8. Second pic - Babymack and Vision are discussing why OD was not at the show. Third pic - Vinny is the quiet young man standing on the left. Fourth pic - Farmer sitting there wondering if there is any dessert left that he can eat.
  9. Nice truck but over my budget.
  10. Happy Birthday
  11. Wherever 2 or more BMT members are present is reason enough for a group picture.
  12. Nice pics Randy...thanks for posting. CAT 3408....nice. Waiting for the muscle car pics.
  13. http://www.bigmacktrucks.com/index.php?/topic/31574-motley-crew-2013/
  14. I had a couple myself (late 70s) and I had a neighbor when I lived in Illinois that had one with a 440V8.
  15. Just added my few pics. I tried to edit out duplicates that are already posted. Enjoy! http://s1305.photobucket.com/user/pafarmer52/library/2013%2006%20Macungie%20Truck%20Show?view=media#/user/pafarmer52/library/2013%2006%20Macungie%20Truck%20Show?view=media&page=1&_suid=137146537171405364817101384165
  16. One leg shorter than the other? BTW, our TK waitress was the one on the far right. I recognize the boobs face.
  17. Tim/Ben - your trip was more "interesting" than mine. Good to meet you guys (and daughter) and glad you made it home safely. You mention Altoona, did you get off the turnpike at Bedford? Route 22 from Altoona to Cresson and Edensburg is uphill most of the way. Then there are the two (2) long downhill stretches before you get into Blairsville. See you at Watt's in August. And for OD - well I will forgive him since he was scouting Winfall Wimmin.
  18. Being the avid photographer that I am....we need to get organized and form 3 lines (tall in back and shorter in front). I would mention big in back but then most of us would be in the back row. But as Barry said "this is like herding a bunch of cats!". Or in this case a bunch of rabid dogs. JT - I am sure there are lots of truck shows this summer. Watt's show in August is a nice little show, then Gerhart's in October, and Mack Trucktoberfest in October. Keep us posted on your progress.
  19. You did not mention the upgade. You could have invited the BMT group over for a party.
  20. Not really just two (2) big boxes of furniture pads. Vlad and JT backed out. Must have been JT's comment about chili. Got some good suggestions and ideas tho.
  21. Remember the rule...pics or it didn't happen...
  22. You mean this one? BTW I was history by 8am. Oh and Denny I did get up at 5am.
  23. roids and powder? I better quit now.
  24. Great show pics everyone!
