  1. I never heard of the diesel brother's. I can understand modifying a Semi for heavy loads but doing it to a diesel pickup just for the sake of Showing off is just madness. Right after I got my F250 a kid in a Taco Bell parking lot asked me to roll coal. I just looked at him and said sorry I like my truck just the way it is and I'm no UNOH Kid which is The University of Northwest Ohio which is our local College with all the fun programs like diesel mechanics and high performance motorsports stuff. It's one of the top Diesel colleges in the nation. The Diesel guys there are known for their jacked up Belt Buckle gang trucks with huge tail stacks and big rims with skinny tires and excessive coal rolling.
  2. Oh yeah I had one try to race me years ago and I was in my Peterbilt 379. It was a short bed extended cab dodge with them Bullhorn stacks in the bed lol. She puffed smoke at me and her anemic looking boy friend yelled out the window "Diesel Power" lol. Needless to say I wasn't loaded and dumped the clutch with the turbo boosted up like a NTPA pullers and smoked that Cummins with my 3406 cat lol. They pulled up next to me at the next traffic light and I couldn't resist hanging out the window and Yellin "DIESEL POWER BABY" Lol good times.
  3. I'll gladly use a machine but I'll be dead before I put my life in the Hands of a Machine just sayin'.
  4. Kids these days hahahaha gotta love it. Prolly runs around with those types that put soot out of the stack on a pickup truck under their eyes cause they think it's cool lol and that also do "burn outs" on gravel driveways. Or drop their beer cans down the stacks of the same truck and have the driver Rev er up to see how far the cans shoot up into the air......Roal that beautiful stupidity footage 🙄
  5. Yeah It's something to git used to. I'm just glad it still has the Stage Switch and the Jake actually does it's job lol. The brake leash is nice. I think on The Green Hornet it's called Cruise brake on the screen.
  6. I've known and seen some that needed those and not for style either. Been to some truck pulls and asked "Who let the animals out?? Or I didn't realize we were at a Livestock show!! I'm here to see the trucks pull the sled down the track!!
  7. The Green Hornet's MP8 has the power leash or Brake leash on it. It works really well. Basically if I set the cruise and flip the switch for the Jake's the brake leash allows me to set the speed at which the Jake's come on. So if I set the cruise at 70 I can set the brake leash for 72 and if the truck gits above that the Jake's kick in. Don't know if it's the same thing they're talking about though.
  8. If a truck Naturally smokes that's one thing but modifying a nice running diesel truck that is not a sled pulling truck etc then leave it alone and enjoy it like it was meant to be. Just sayin I own a 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty with a 7.3 PowerStroke and the only mods done to it is straight pipe from turbo back and a cold air intake k&n. Other than bigger tires and rims that's it.
  9. Oh my word how bout just leave your nice diesel truck just the way it is and be satisfied with it
  10. That sounds like Something Whistlin Diesel on Youtube would do. I'm not saying the Ratrod concept upsets me because I love "RatRods" done in good taste with a Rat Fink sticker on the door lol. This one to me was not in good taste. Of the pictures I've seen of your truck it's awesome 👌.
  11. I can understand Repurposing if it can't be saved but put the motor in another truck and make some original iron run again or build a mini semi with the cab on a pickup frame etc.
  12. That pictures almost looks like a 7.3 PowerStroke. That's exactly why my wife says she will never drive my 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty.
  13. Saw this on Facebook marketplace. Seller calls it a Ratrod. Although it maybe fun to cruise around in etc. I call it a waste of a Good Old Truck that's gittin hard to find.
  14. That's what happens with most because they don't stay active or as active.
  15. I can still run hard and make great money even with the ELDs. In these days So called drivers can't keep the Driver's door closed and stop all the time or poke along and then complain when they can't git a load delivered hahahaha.
  16. My Buddy Chicken Troy and my other buddy Shadow tell me I'm ate up all the time hahahaha.
  17. Oh yeah took the John Deere tractor out to North Dakota, The two trucks went to Florida, The Van picture was Picking up what is called Garnet a type of abrasive for cleaning metal picked that up in West Virginia,The backhoe I picked up in Florida went to Euphala,Alabama. Next weekend ive got a load of Hay in a Dry Van going to Florida. I'm one of the only drivers my company has that will go Over the Road and stay out.
  18. I'm addicted enuff that I won't retire from driving till they tell me I can't do it no more.
  19. I'd drive it right now!! Would put it to work Monday morning if I had a rich uncle or maybe start me one of them go fund me pages lol.
  20. I figure one of these days I'll have an old bulldog sitting in my driveway with my name on the title
  21. I guess i never figured sitting behind the wheel of that Ford L8000 single axle pulling a lowboy with my Highschool instructor in the passenger seat heading to take my test that I'd go this far in my trucking career lol. Goes to show what a dream and determination can do.
  22. Three more years and I will have 2million miles in I figure. I put 1 million on in 9 and a 1/2.
  23. In the original 40sec video I you could hear me punch 13 then I moved out and around him and blew his doors off lol
