  4. Doug Fetterly called me earlier this week and had some sad news that Mike Harbison Sr. has passed. He was a good friend and will be missed dearly especially by the Mack Truck family. Everyone keep his family in your prayers. Seems like we're loosing too many friends every year. Everyone be safe over the weekend.
  5. Bypass the air dryer to see if it builds air. I have had 2 of them plug up, I put a fitting in between the inlet and outlet to get by until I can get a cartridge.

  10. I don't know if you can get after market gaskets or not, but you might have to resort to used parts to fix it. What kind of parts are you looking for.
  11. Is there certain years on the e7 that the expansion plugs in the rocker shaft that can fall out an lose oil pressure. Thought I have read something about this.
  12. Take it to a diesel, injection shop and get it rebuilt, I had one rebuilt the cost was around 200, 220 dollars
  13. The diesel and injection place I had my pump rebuilt. rebuilt my suppy pump too, don't know why it can't be rebuilt unless he has the tachometer drive supply pump. Did Mack quit using the tach drive pump on the e6 4 valve.
  14. If you take the cover off the fuel pump you can soak it down with some PB blaster, you might pull the intake tube off and have a big rag you can block the airflow just in case it runs away. Good luck
  15. If it's been sitting a long time probably the rack stuck in the pump
  16. Peanuts in the Power divider wore out???
  17. Going to Walcott I got 11mpg B61, 300+, 13 speed Overdrive roadranger, 3,87 rears, twin scew. Put a trailer on it and drops down considerably.
  18. I personally have seen this truck, it is first class. It has I think 262 Cummins with a guad box, heavy rears, Road Works in Lafayette, IN. Did all the stainless, visor looks real nice. alumatank in Illinois did the Fuel tanks with B model steps, has a Jake brake. Last time I saw it it didn't have any swirl marks at all in the black paint. Slick as glass. Ron used to live in north west Indiana and moved to Wisconsin, my brother and I went to a few truck shows with Ron. He was a nicest guy you will ever meet. He didn't spare anything on this truck. We're going to miss him at the truck shows. Ron.
  19. If I remember he posted a while back something about he was building air and the air built up and the selector valve was in gear and messed something up in the transmission. Must not had it in neutral
