I remember back when i used PTT. We would open the window to check for updates before using it. Maybe you have updates waiting and then you can force the re-gen again.. i think its a PTT issue. Did the MIL light go out, or at leaste the after treatment codes go away?

It looks like a 1'' tire gun.. I always thought they looked that way, but with a gear on the end instead of the anvil.. -
check the fuseable link in the battery box.

Where the rockers pivot on the shaft. Deep scratches can happen, putting the rocker in a bind. You can here them chirping at times, keep in touch.. jojo

Definitely check the shaft for gauling, common issue was the hold down bolts would loosen or break, and the plugs on the ends of the shaft would pop out and affect oil pressure. Is there anything loose in the top that may have gotten wedged in the valve spring?

06' is an ASET IEGR in the granite.. MP-7 is a 2007 and later engine. can you post pictures of the door tag and the engine?

Good find on the relay.. I dont see you as complaining at all.. it's all good.. thanks for the update. I'm curious what HP it is. pulling 20MPH faster is impressive to me.. Wonder if you have a 460 EECU program?

I assume the transmission is a Manual. probably Eaton FRO16-210C.

ok,, if the Remack eng. was installed based on the Vin: it is likely a 355/380 HP. I am not able to search by serial number, only by memory.. Jojo

So this past Tuesday, Biden announces he is giving Africa 1 billion dollars in relief aid money. Meanwhile western North Carolinians have to wait for FEMA to get off their a$$es, and give aid. 103 trailers are supposed to be delivered, but only 46 have been delivered.. Whats the hold-up Joe??? The traillers are sitting in the lot ready to pull down the road.. I guarantee their are truckers out there that would gladly come get these trailers and bring them to where they need to be.

They went to a ceramic roller lifter to stop the previous lifter failures. If well maintained, she' ll go a million miles.

A broken belt in the tire. Have you jacked it up to check the tire for damage or buldges? And check for play in the bearings ,king pin, and steering links.

you are correct about the red wire routing. just for kicks, on the black relay looking thing next to the relay.... remove the single wire and put it on the other post and re-test.. that black thing is called a ground breaker... it's a major elec. part.. if it fails, you have what you have now.

I read this again, the heater fan thing is interesting, I know they draw a lot of amps. any chance you saw the alternator gauge when this issue happens? i'm curious if there was a major voltage drop, or even a spike..

if it has the type im thinking of, its under the cup holder, behind the switch panel.. I forget when they went from that type, to the cube type in the fuse area. there may be a vertical row of them to the left of the fuse panel.

I did a TRD 72 a couple years ago, and got my Gaskets from Trans-Axle in Concord/Charlotte N.C.
