  1. Gee...wish I could have gone. Just got home last night, ran 2 loads of lumber to Pa. and one to Ohio this week and loaded steel in Sharon,Pa. back to Lynchburg each time. Would have got to meet Paul- Rob, take a picture of Paul for us. Paul, take a picture of Rob for us and end the mystery. Some people feel that his profile picture is not actually him. You guys have a nice weekend,i'll be in Gladys grilling stuff.
  2. "Jerry"- you are a very brave man. Or perhaps you were forced to do that against your will,eh? I know of a great attorney in Daingerfield, Texas.
  3. I'm an ATHS member and usually get to a couple of shows every year, but I don't even go to the ATHS website anymore-what a bunch of pricks!..i'll just lurk about over here on BMT.
  4. I saw a big Mack manure spreader.
  5. Off to New Castle,Pa. with treated lumber. Got a stop-off in Bentleyville to drop off 2 fork extensions,so by the time I drop them off all the Pa. scales should be open.

  7. It's OK Randy, we understand.
  8. This post was started so long ago I just wonder what kind of pictures I might have posted-here's an Oklahoma rerun anyway. Mike always seemed to like it. I like it too, never deleted it,eh?
  9. That is correct Mark. I bought the whole set a few years ago and there was 8 volumes at the time, but I know there's at least one new volume since then.
  10. one more. You can still borrow the book if you want of course.
  11. I'll take the challenge- I left these pretty big so i'll just post a couple at a time.
  12. I'd be glad to, but I probably won't make it to South Bend. It's still a possibility, but not likely.
  13. Yep, first time i'd seen them around these parts. This truck came north on I-79 and was getting on 70 west at Washington, Pa. when I took this picture.
  14. I remember them too, but I don't have any pictures. There is an article about them and a few photos in the "Trucking Pioneers" book 5, that I have. If you don't have those books I could send it to you to look at and copy, and you could send it back. My scanner doesn't work anymore,I can only take pictures of pictures I'll take a picture of the article if you want, and if you want the book i'll be glad to loan it to you.
  15. Sorry...I can't come up with anything.
  16. Oh, that's the rabbit in the back yard. They used to eat my beans in the garden as soon as they came up, so I bought some chicken wire and put a fence around it. They still come in the yard, but they can't get to those beans.
  17. well,I don't want to be like the perv that hangs around the school yard watching girl's softball practice or anything, but when the gas pump opportunity's there...
  18. I...uhhh...am way out of my league here. I woulda guessed 154.8 kts-nice pictures though!
  19. I'm with you, well said everyone, Rowdy's dead on!
  20. Yep, sometimes the gas pumps can be very interesting!
