  18. I'm not a big fan of the single pin design! I hesitated to respond to this post as what I had to say was not usefull to your issue ! how ever I will say it anyway ! in my mind This design is a danger to the motoring public You can't be sure it is totally locked ! The original adjuster out the front design FW 3500 is a far superior unit Safety wise If that adjuster is in the wheel is locked period ! With the single pin jaw Its a crap shoot!We sold several of these units when they first came out and eventually went back to the 3500 due to the hit and miss nature of the lock design of the XA2009 ! I know this doesn't help you as you already spent the dollars Trying to save a buck ! Sorry But just an opinion!
  19. Lot of extra work In my mind you have to convert to 5 inch exhaust and you may or may not achieve your goal ! Are you sure you have no boost leaks? Pressure test your charge air system make sure your not loosing pressure to a leak! You should do this even if you do the swap!
  20. If you think it’s pinging it maybe the tone wheel hs slipped inside the fuel pump the probe on the side of the fuel pump Reads off it.
  21. We brought in a superliner with a KT 525 under the hood once,( early to mid 80's) only one I have ever seen or know of ! It was close to being over weight on the front axle empty! Kinda dumbass I thought at the time ,when the V8 was the right engine for the truck!
