What does this button override?Probably overrides the auto shutdown. My CH has one anyway. I know the button is red, and says "override" also.RobI've seen some Peterbilts that had an override toggle switch that you had to hold down when starting the engine, or it wouldn't start. My CH has the override button, but I've let it idle for more than 5 minutes on a few occassions and it hasn't shut down. Not a big deal as I bump the cruise to 1,000 RPM most of the time anyway. I wouldn't think its adjustable because I heard its a safety issue to prevent colder than normal cylinder temps that could allow unburned fuel passby the rings and into the crankcase.....not positive though.
