First pic is a rig I made to press in the spring bushings. I made a plywood mockup (that's it laying on the floor) for the front bumper to get all of the dimensions before I ordered the steel and had it bent. I have been putting it together and came up with this. So far so good! Sure, saves money with the mockup before ordering the steel. Also makes it a fun projected! mechohaulic Posted 14 hours ago Share Posted 14 hours ago might find it easier to take right size pipe ; cut in half or what ever depending on desired look then weld into channel ; weld/ grind to appear as one piece. have time and patience; weld the pipe to back side of channel THEN slice top channel , bend around the pipe. will have one bent form on front with welding/ grinding on top/ bottom flange. looks excellent as is also.
