Good evening forum members. I have some updates on my restoration of the B-Model to share. First pic is a rig I made to press in the spring bushings. I made a plywood mockup (that's it laying on the floor) for the front bumper to get all of the dimensions before I ordered the steel and had it bent. I have been putting it together and came up with this. So far so good! Sure, saves money with the mockup before ordering the steel. Also makes it a fun projected! As always with respect.....FrankinstallingbushingsB-Model.thumb.jpg.0ddb2786e4c3588946ac495c1154d0af.jpgnewbumpercenterline.thumb.jpg.ce2ded607d3a0d817ea0ac75e963895b.jpgnewbumper3.thumb.jpg.0be7dc79d3ea390b09abce0ad2142e60.jpgnewbumper2.thumb.jpg.436f43a4e260101b2ffd82098a45af1f.jpgnewbumper1.thumb.jpg.fca6869924f7220e5a0de8c99c970b5f.jpginstallingbushingsB-Model.thumb.jpg.0ddb2786e4c3588946ac495c1154d0af.jpg

Hi,Just a suggestion ,bumper might look better if the ends had a slight bend and if the  ends where caped

Bending C channel is not simple or  easy, an end cap would "finish" the end and be simple.
