cruiseliner64 Posted just now Share Posted just now Back in 2007 we enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Chicago.We enjoyed the sights and sounds of that city.However on our last night there we ate at a restaurant about 10 minutes walk from our hotel.As we got to the hotel we saw a large number of police cars ambulances and fire trucks passing by.We thought there must have been a bad accident somewhere.Next morning after packing we went down for breakfast and on the TV news we found out that 4 guys were shot in the restaurant we had been in.If you think about the time taken to call 911 and for the vehicles to get moving it could have been only 1 to 2 minutes after we left the restaurant that the guys were shot.....Mrs Cruiseliner got very scared but Id still go back to Chicago.....
