Something Terri saw on the web.. split and seeded jalapeños,  soft cream cheese in the jap boat, then a thick strip of sharp cheddah, then wrap with thin bacon. 45 + minutes at 400.  Then....   well... you know the rest.

I've made those many times, they're delicious 😋!  Makes me wish I'd frozen some jalapenos whole now, instead of making cowboy candy out of all of them.

Yep, they are yummy. I have a pizza dip baking now. I already toasted some small garlic bread crustinis to dip it..  No health food here tonight..  Just yummie...

Zina made some garlic knots today, they were fantastic! I ate one at lunch time, and I'm still feeling full. I was like "garlic knots?.. what's that?"

Awesome. I made another one tonight. Glad you liked it.   The temp and time is just a base,  watching it and adjusting temp is key..  🍻

We noticed that. We actually bumped the temp up after the 30 minute check to 425. Gave it another 10 minutes and it came out perfect. It depends on how your individual oven cooks. We reheated the leftovers tonight and it was just as tasty as it was on Saturday. Thanks again for sharing. This one is a keeper.  We are also going to change it up and try different seasonings and toppings....pulled pork with BBQ sauce, some kind of chicken or seafood, the crust is really versatile depending on how you season it.

Another thing is how wet the cottage cheese is. We also added shredded muenster, about 1/2 cup, in the mix just because.  I actually like muenster cheese better than mozzerella.
