Anthony Corleone Posted January 28 Share Posted January 28 I have a 2011 mack cxu613 mp7 and having a hard start. It cranks over fine but it takes over a couple minutes to fire up. I'd start with checking fuel pressure then move on to using clear fuel line to see if you're getting any air bubbles though. Western Truck and Tractor Repair on YouTube recently did a series on a similar problem on a Paccar motor, that could be helpful if you're trying to diagnose it yourself. Anthony Corleone Posted February 23 Author Share Posted February 23 Sorry for late response! I replaced fuel filter primer housing and still having a hard start. I was told it could be cam sensor and crank sensor. Pulled the cam sensor there was no sign of damage. Any help would be appreciated!
