I fully understand on the black frame.....Had one with a red frame,,,and working BLACKtop it was

a pain to keep clean

The red frame was a Mack thing in the Northeast for years (its memories for me) If I could do dirt only,, I may try a color for the frame again,,,but now its black only for the frame.

This truck was used as a well maintained flatbed that had a large compressor mounted on back for a spray shot-crete company until 2001. Since then, we have been collecting vintage parts, documentation and maintaining it with all fluids changed and periodically running it to keep the batteries charged. Unfortunately, the previous owner cut out the rear window for better visibility, but this sale also includes a donor cab that can be cut and spliced in. Truck comes with excellent historical documentation from Mack and complete set of all original bright metal, badges and insignia. This truck is very powerful, runs great and is really fun to drive with the twin stick triplex transmission. My plan was to do a full restoration, but other projects and interests have taken priority. This rust-free New Mexico truck is a solid foundation for a restoration project or just work-it the way she is. Email me for a short video clip of the truck running.
