39 Baby Mack Posted March 12, 2016 Share Posted March 12, 2016 Originally the ASF 400C was the premium wheel, the Simplex name came later and was a cheaper wheel. The 400 you adjusted using shims installed between the front jaw and buffing rubber. These are the wheels you have to back up on to "pull the pin".
