puppydog1918 Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 i have a em6 2 valve with tip turbine and cooler under the hood on drivers sidecan i upgrade to cooler out front of the radiator and put more fuel into engine?was told can't do much to get more power because I need to get more air into engine, will this help me? I'm trying to find a local dealer to sell the correct parts but they say it cant be done. they can sell me parts if i have part numbers or know of a model that had those parts on it. j hancock Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 You probably will have to get to a boneyard where their is a donor parts truck so you can get the intake manifold, plumbing, elbows, air to air, etc.Mack isn't going to have all of the pieces at this point and with Volvo's help, you may not be able to afford them. After 7-10 years, parts start being dropped by the manufacturer. Lots can be done with used parts and then look to the aftermarket for your plumbing and elbows to complete the job.
