I have a 1966 Hughes brand tandem axle lowboy for sale. This trailer was complely rebuild (new bushings, bearings, brakes, tires, landing gear, paint, and decking) sometime around 2007. The kinpin is setup for a single axle tractor and is road ready.

$6,300.00 with clean MD title.

Trailer is located in Hagertown, MD 21740 area.

What is the length? Is it 96" wide?

Yes its 96" wide but the main deck also has the swing out support brackets to accomadate another 6-8" of board. Total lenght is roughly 25' (does not include the neck).
