whskypete Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 I was hoping for some help, I have a 1999 CH613 with a E7 350HP. I had to remove the front cylinder head and now need the specs to put it back together. I've done this kind of work on Cummins N14 and Detroits S60 but never a Mack. Can anyone please help me with the cylinder head bolts (torque specs and sequence), rocker arm assembly (torque specs), Jake Brakes (torque specs) and last the order in which to do a tune up (valves, intake and exhaust and Jake).I know it's a lot to ask but I would appreciate any help,Thank youPete Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The complete manual is available for free download. Google “Mack emedia”. Choose 1997 on year.
